• Typically they work from 8 am to 6 pm But in season and during specific jobs i.e. TN Titans Stadium, they may work 6 am to 8 pm. They do work some Saturdays and an occasional Sunday. They get 6 paid Holidays off each year and work the rest if they fall on a Monday - Friday. They get time and a half over time and will receive a lot of it from April to August.

Operates pressure washing machinery safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces for Residential, Commercial, and Multi-Unit clients.

• Operate high-pressure washer equipment to clean a variety of surfaces, such as buildings, flat surfaces, and more.
• Prepare surfaces for staining, sealing, repairs or construction.

• Check and set up equipment, ensuring it has enough water or chemicals for the job, and that it is working properly.
• Inspect the property before starting the job to ensure there is no current damage. If there is, then document it with a picture.
• After completion, clear the job site of all debris and store all hoses and equipment correctly back in the van.
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury
• Maintain all equipment and company vehicles keeping it in good working order, clean and organized.
• Appropriately use chemicals to remove resistant debris, dirt, mold, mildew, graffiti, grease, gum and more.
• Follows customer schedule and completes according to notes in the system.
• Read instructions or specifications to determine work specifications.
